helpcode.ai is the AI venture of KOCH Freiburg GmbH — built on top of decades of real B2B support, distribution and after-sales operations.
Backed by
helpcode.ai GmbH is a corporate startup of KOCH Freiburg GmbH — the same KOCH whose logo you've already seen on our homepage. KOCH is a B2B trading, distribution and field-service company with decades of operational experience.
That parentage matters: every feature we ship gets tested first on real KOCH customers, real service technicians, real product datasheets. We don't theorise about "AI for support" — we build it for an operator that ships every day.
Most enterprise AI is generic chat duct-taped to PDFs. Customers ask a real question and get a hallucinated paragraph. Support teams drown in tickets that the manual already answers.
We started helpcode because the gap between "the answer exists" and "the customer finds it" is where the entire support function bleeds time. Our job is to close that gap, with evidence and learning baked in.
