On 16 July 2026 the SICK-ARENA in Freiburg hosts the Käpsele Innovation Festival — "Zukunft braucht Zündstoff" — bringing together founders, operators and decision-makers across AI, robotics, quantum and green tech.
Helpcode will be there in person. As a Freiburg-based corporate startup of KOCH Freiburg GmbH, we're using the day to meet other operators wrestling with the same support and after-sales problems we built helpcode to solve.
