Yes — within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. Email info@helpcode.ai and we'll process it within 1 business day. After 14 days we don't offer pro-rata refunds but you can cancel at any time and keep access until period end.
You can switch plans any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose paid time.
Nothing breaks. Overage is metered per call and added to your next monthly invoice as a separate line — provider cost + 10%. You can set a hard cap in /dashboard/settings/billing if you want the service to pause instead of going into overage.
Yes — at any time, on every plan. Knowledge bases, conversations, tickets and audit logs export as JSON or CSV from the settings. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation so you can re-activate or finish migrating; after that it's purged per our DPA.
