helpcode is hosted in Frankfurt (Germany). Production data — knowledge-base content, conversation transcripts, embeddings — never leaves the EU at rest. In transit, the only egress is to model-provider endpoints; you can pin those to EU endpoints as well.

Can data ever cross the Atlantic?

Only if you pick a non-EU model endpoint. Default config is EU-only.

On-premise deployment available?

Yes for enterprise — air-gapped or on your VPC. Add-on quote on request.

Logs retention?

Conversation logs: 13 months by default, configurable per tenant. Application logs: 30 days.
